Payment and Cancellation Policy:

Your deposit is refundable upon receipt of cancellation notice, ninety (90) days prior to retreat arrival date

(- $75. Processing fee). If cancellation is received between ninety (90)and forty-five (45) days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be held for one year to be applied to a future retreat, workshop(s), or private coaching.

If cancellation is received less than 45 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited. 

NO refunds. I strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance

Note: In the event the entire retreat is canceled due to COVID, you will receive a full refund. 

LIABILITY

I/we agree that Sarah Webb (and her guest instructors)shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or travel delay. I/we agree to assume all risks associated with the trip and agree that no liability will be attached to Sarah Web for any personal injury, illness, delay, loss or damages to property or health. Sarah Webb reserves the right to change the program schedule if necessary. Sarah Webb shall not be held liable or responsible for any expenses, included but not limited to lodging, meals, and transportation incurred by delays or other uncontrollable issues outside of our program.

In the event that you need to cancel because of unexpected circumstances, and as a general practice, I highly recommend that you protect your investment with travel insurance for your trip.
