Interested in incorporating yoga into your team’s practice? Sarah has trained RIT’s NCAA Division III Women’s Soccer Team and the Varsity and Novice rowers for Pittsford Crew. Sarah playfully challenges athletes of all ages to become physically and mentally stronger by creating and increasing their flexibility, preventing injury, and developing mindful breathwork.
Yoga helps me find balance in my life. As a junior in high school, and an athlete, it's rare when I'm not juggling a lot at once. Whether I need more strength, flexibility, or I simply need to remember to breathe, I can work toward it through my practice, and transfer the experience off of my mat.
